Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States, excluding APO/FPO addresses and US territories.

Processing and delivery times. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs, duties and taxes. Shipping is free on every order. All import duties are included in the price, so nothing is due when your parcel arrives.

Delays. If your order can't ship within the time stated above, we'll email you with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or stuck parcels. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us at hello@deskdown.shop and we'll reship your order or refund you.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
