We started Deskdown because the workday no longer has an ending. Laptops come home with us, the last email arrives at 9 pm, and the only "break" most of us take is scrolling on the couch with our head bent forward.
We wanted something small and physical that says: work is over now. Ten minutes on your back, eyes covered, breathing slowly. Not a cure, not a gadget, just a habit worth keeping.
