Where do you ship? Within the United States only, for now.
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 8–15 business days. You'll get tracking by email.
Do I pay customs or import fees? No. All duties are included in the price, and nothing is due at delivery.
Shipping cost? Free on every order.
Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. Email us at hello@deskdown.shop.
Using Deskdown
Who is it for? Anyone who spends long hours at a desk or screen and wants a calm way to end the day.
How often? Once a day, 5–15 minutes.
Can I use it on a bed? Yes, though a firmer surface gives more support.
How do I clean it? Wipe the foam with a damp cloth and let it air-dry.
Is it a medical device? No. It's a comfort and relaxation product. If you have a neck or spine condition, ask your doctor first.
Heated Kit
How does the heat work? Built-in heating elements warm the surface. Vibration massage is optional.
Can I fall asleep with it on? No. Never use the heated function while sleeping. Limit sessions to 15 minutes.
Returns
What if it's not for me? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.
What if it arrives damaged? Send a photo to hello@deskdown.shop and we'll ship a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
