Refund policy

30-day comfort guarantee. If your Deskdown kit isn't right for you, email us at hello@deskdown.shop within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full product price. You don't need to send it back.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work as described, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. Choose a free replacement or a full refund.

How refunds work. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve them; your bank may take a few extra days. The guarantee applies once per customer and household. Shipping is free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

Cancellations. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering by emailing us. After that, your order may already be on its way, and the 30-day guarantee applies instead.
